We want every costume experience to be truly enchanting! If your Disney costume, 90’s accessory, or alien outfit doesn’t quite create the magic you expected, we’re here to help make it right.

⏰ Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your magical delivery. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your costume fits perfectly and meets your magical expectations.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, your items must meet these magical requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

⚠️ Important Health & Safety Note

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Alien Masks and other costume masks once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective. This helps us ensure everyone’s magical experiences remain safe and hygienic.

Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days. We’ll provide a return authorization number and shipping address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include the return authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
